Overall, Mark was a great pleasure to work with. He quoted me a price that was reasonable. Showed up early for the job and did a high quality job in the process. I spoke to him briefly about the job when he arrived (early I might add). He was so nice and explained what he would do and then he did it! The only drawback that I had was he was a little slow to respond at times to questions I had on Thumbtack. But hey, he's running a business too! So, if that's the worst problem I have, it's not really a problem. Bottom line question. Would I hire him again? Answer: Absolutely! Thanks Mark!
The price was right. Mark was efficient and punctual. I would definitely consider his company again and referring him to my friends and neighbors.
They did excellent work. Cleaned up the work area after grinding stump. Would recommend to anyone. Great communication throughout as well!
Did a great job for a very good price. Got to me quickly, came when he said and did the job exactly as promised. I was really appreciative of them removing the debris and making an attempt to locate the metal basket that I thought the original tree was planted with. I would definitely hire again.
Got the job done quick at the most reasonable price. On Friday offered quote and was there the next day! 5 stars with before and after pictures included...
Great work, well-equipped to get the job done efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a stump grinded.
My appointment was scheduled today for 4:30. Mark showed up early around 4 and I’m not writing this review at 4:22 pm. The yellow lines signify our home gas line. I was extremely nervous once I realized they went right through the stump. Mark showed complete regards for my neighbor and suggested that we move his car. This is my first time selecting a pro from Thumbtack and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was so impressed that I inquired about other jobs. With that being said, I highly recommend Pennington Stump Grinding.
Pennington did a great job. They were prompt and removed a 41" diameter tree stump in about 90 minutes. I am very pleased with their work and will use them again when needed.
Awesome job! Thank you Mark. Very nice guy and did an outstanding job stump grinding several stumps. Made sure I was happy and satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend to anyone! Thanks again A++
