Penny, did a great job of cleaning the grease and grime in the kitchen and several bathrooms left by the previous owners. It was a big task, especially the kitchen but now it looks move in ready. She is very responsive and professional as well as the three items selected above.
She is ok. Is not the best at responding/communication. We had miscommunication from both my side and hers but I think she could have made more communication considering that she is the one providing a service. If you decide to book her please ask all questions you have or search the website as she told me because she does not provide much details. She did say the kitchen was “so dirty” which I think is kinda rude to phrase it that way but to her, she is just “stating facts” so customer service is lacking. Overall, cleaning for over 25 yrs you would expect better customer service but what she did clean, she did well which is what counts I guess.
