The work was done right exactly the way I wanted. A contractor friend advised me on what to do, and I got multiple estimates and Perez construction was the only one who suggested doing it right. And it was half the price of other estimates!

About Perez Construction
Hello Perez Construction here👋👋 We have a passion for construction and the drive to build superior structures at a fair price. At Perez Construction, our clients come first. We listen. We hear your challenges and goals, and put our experienced team of experts to work to deliver a finished structure that will exceed your expectations and be a centerpiece of our community for generations to come. We aren’t just a general contractor. We’re also a builder able to complete many of the critical elements of the project ourselves, such as demolition, concrete, masonry, rough and finish carpentry. Instead of needing to hire multiple pros you can expect to only hire one for rough/ finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete & paint. We know how to budget our time and our resources to deliver a quality structure on time and on budget. We don’t stand still. As a company, we strive to always get better, to improve our processes and raise the bar for ourselves and for the building community. As leaders in the Marin county community, the team at Perez Construction continually looks for ways to improve our safety, our sustainability, and the building experience.
Reviews
Did not complete the work; abandoned the project. Poor communication, poor workmanship. Lacks professionalism.
We’re so grateful for the incredible job this team did on our new home. We were on a very tight move-in timeline, and they managed to complete the interior painting and floor refinishing quickly without sacrificing quality. The paintwork is clean and precise, and the floors look completely revived and gorgeous. Communication was great, pricing was fair, and they delivered exactly what they promised. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, high-quality work!
Mario and his team were wonderful! Very responsive and easy to work with. The job started as a kitchen remodel, but turned into a few other side projects and was very easy to add items at a fair rate to the total job. Very happy with the overall craftsmanship and timeliness of everything. Would recommend Perez construction for any in-home construction or remodel.
They were fast, professional and affordable! Would definitely recommend them again!
Mario and his team did a fantastic job - they were highly communicative, responsive to feedback and dedicated to completing the job on time and on budget. They worked on bathroom remodel, laundry to bedroom conversion, garage to laundry conversion and wine cellar
Mario and his team were excellent. Great and easy to communicate with. They brought all the supplies. They made our house fantastic. We highly recommend them!!!
They did an amazing job replacing our broken window and patching up the stucco around it
Mario is amazing to work with. He has a great attitude, he’s skilled and he project manages well. I had a tricky island hood install that ended up needing a lot of custom modification. It turned out beautiful. On to the next project… 😎
Perez Construction managed the complete interior painting job at our new home, which included every wall in the house, repainting cabinets, stairs, wallpaper, custom wall paneling, building custom built-ins, and installing new fixtures. All was finished in just over 4 weeks. Mario is very responsive and was on sight at a moments notice to oversee jobs and answer questions. If you have the vision, they can make it happen.
