Our home needed exterior painting and water damage repair on the exterior chimney along with interior doors, baseboards and trim painting. All was done within a week and at an extremely high quality level. Pricing for services was more than reasonable! Quality of products, knowledge and courtesy was exceptional. We could not ask for more and would hire again in a NY minute!!! Such a pleasure working with Carlos and his team!!! Highly recommend Perez Construction!!! Made our life better and proud again!!!
