Perez Electric is awesome! I had Gerry come out and install a new wall outlet for my EV in my garage and he was extremely nice, and did great work and was on time. He also was super personable and took care of me. People and companies like this go extremely far and I will be using him again and also referring to anyone else. If you’re looking for a strong company that will take care of you, do things the right way, then please reach out to Perez Electric, they won’t disappoint!

We needed an outlet fixed in the kitchen. Gerry was the only pro to respond to our inquiry, and we were able to make an appointment the for the next day. Gerry is very knowledgeable and methodical. He checked and double checked before he presented what he thought the problem was. The problem ended up being in a wall that had to be opened. He made sure the opening was small, and was very respectful of our home as he worked. He also made sure everything was cleaned up and things put back in place. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I needed some electrical work to install a new electric dryer in my house, so I looked in the Nextdoor app for local recommendations. I found some recommendations, and I hired Gerardo from Perez Electric after speaking and setting an appointment for the following day. I was happy that he finished his previous job earlier than expected. He came to my house to assess the project’s involvement. I agreed to the modifications, and he promptly began working on my job order. He was fast, made well-done modifications and updates to the circuit box, and installed the new, individually designed three-prong outlet to complete the installation of the brand-new electric dryer.

Geraldo was great to work with. He was quick to respond, friendly, and able to fit us in right away. Communication was easy from start to finish, and he did a great job explaining everything in a way that made sense. His quote was straightforward and reasonable, and there were no surprises along the way. Overall, a really positive experience, and I'd definitely recommend him if you're looking for an electrician.

I had a great experience with my electrician Gerardo. He was punctual, very responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He replaced my light fixture flawlessly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. It’s not always easy to find someone this reliable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality electrical work!

Gerardo is a professional and reliable electrician. He showed up on time, communicated clearly, and handled a more challenging high-ceiling project with ease. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, especially for the price he quoted. Most impressive, he and his partner kept everything fully covered during the job and left the place spotless, no dust and everything back in place. Highly recommend Gerardo if you want quality work done right.

Perez Electric was amazing from start to finish. They came to my house incredibly fast, I was able to book an appointment for the very next day. The team was professional, polite, and extremely efficient. They replaced my smoke detector on a very high ceiling with no issues at all. I highly recommend them for any electrical job you may need. They are fully licensed and insured, and their service is top-notch.

The service that was provided was great! We got a chandelier installed and the crew was very clean, respectful, and did an amazing job! Definitely highly recommend them!

Super responsive from the start. I reached out for an estimate, wanting to have a small chandelier installed where there was no pre existing fixture. We scheduled a time, he took a look, told me what all the job would entail and gave me a reasonable quote. I was able to arrange for him to come back the same week and he even reached out to let me know when an earlier window of availability had opened up. When the installation was complete, we were very pleased with how everything looked, and everything worked as it should. I would recommend, this is a trustworthy and quality business that we will be happy to work with again.
