Wow is all I can say. I hired Perez General Contractor for house paint and cabinet paints, and results are amazing! the project dragged a little long b/c of other work around the house, but they were super flexible. Showed up on time, and super fast, efficient, without sacrificing quality. My walls, and cabinets especially, look AMAZING! I'm so HAPPY with the results! They were also super knowledgeable about the picking paint for different surfaces. I love the results we got, and highly recommend for anyone!

You do not need to think twice before hiring them. I ordered unfinished doors and needed them to paint with a custom color. Doors and drawer fronts came out amazing. They did an amazing job! Cannot tell the difference between factory finish and their work.
I had a great experience with Hector! He was so responsive, easy to work with, and I was really happy with the quality of the product. I found his pricing to be very reasonable. I will definitely return for my next paint project!
The Pérez team remodeled my kitchen and did a fantastic job! The cabinets came out looking beautiful as did the backsplash. The team was very punctual and extremely neat! Very trustworthy and will defiantly use again for the future projects we have planned! Thank you so much for being so great!
Hector and his crew did a great job. 100 yr old Tacoma house with cracked, peeling, weathered paint on cedar shake siding. They replaced lots of broken cedar shingles. They also repaired / replaced fascia boards. They painted the house, garage, and picket fence. Everything looks great.
Perez General Contractor did an excellent job of repairing our rental home exterior and repairing and restraining the deck. They provided a good value estimate and suggested additions work needed to fix the siding, garage door, driveway, and deck issues. The work was done professionally very well, and in a timely manner. Throughout the project, there were in good communication via calls and text. I am very happy with the work and won’t hesitate hiring them again. Thank you Perez GC!
I hired Hector to paint my home. He was very responsive and answered my questions and concerns with my property. A very good communicator. I had a tough time deciding on my paint color and he was always accommodating with timeline. Him and his team were quick, high attention to detail, respectful and took the time to clean up after themselves. I would hire them again and was happy with their price. Thank you!
What a fantastic experience! I could not be happier with Hector, his team and the results they produced painting my house. Everyone was so friendly and worked so hard, paying attention to every detail. I almost want to have my house painted all over again because it was so great. Luckily I have several more projects in the queue and know just the right team for the jobs now.
Hector cared about doing a good job and ensuring that I was happy with the results. My cabinets were yellow/cream and he painted them bright white. I am going to be hiring him for more projects.
Hector has a good eye for detail. It was my first time getting an entire house painted and he asked good questions to make sure the outcome was what I wanted and helped with ideas when I wasn’t sure of a direction. Speed of the work was really fast and the job ended on time. Check out the before and after. The house went from a really ugly green to a new modern color.
