I am very pleased and grateful with the job which was base board installation. he went above and beyond and was nice enough to put sliders on my furniture . I recommend him highly.
Needed a handyman for my rental house. He was on time and fixed what I needed on the spot (door handle was sticking). I will continue to use Mr. Perez as my handyman for both my home and my rental house.
Mr. Perez contacted me shortly after I requested an estimate. He set an appointment with me the for the next day. He was on time, and very easy to work with. I was surprised at all the skill sets he has. I needed roofing, driveway gate and stucco repairs. He's very competent and did the work right. I would highly recommend Mr. Perez.
We had two doors that needed repair. Perez did a great job and saved us a lot of time. We’ve already scheduled him to come back out to start our next project. Excellent work!
My garbage disposal was fixed in minutes! Very professional and will rebook soon! Thank you!
Jesus is an absolute pro. Great and timely communication, thoughtful suggestions (that save money) and top notch execution of the work. Will certainly hire again.
Jesus arrived on time - finished the job fast - all’s well now - he is very personable - I would definitely recommend him - No worries!!!
Jesus responded to my job inquiry the same day within a couple of hours. He was courteous and was able to work around our schedule. We had trouble with our garbage disposal and it affected our dish washer as well. He was able to identify our problem within 10 mins and able to fix within an hour. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We have hired him as our permanent handy man and will contact him for all of our handy man tasks! You won’t regret hiring him.
Jesus did excellent work building a wall to separate garages that were common in 2 townhouses. He came to work promptly when he was scheduled and was professional and very nice . I would highly recommend him .
Jesus is fabulous. He is very responsive to texts/calls, punctual, hardworking & offered a fair price. He removed my old tile/vanity/toilet & installed the new tile/vanity/toilet/hand-towel rack. He was even nice enough to pick up the toilets that I ordered from Lowe's, as well as moulding because I had trouble finding the right one. He also kept me involved in the process ie- asked how I wide I wanted the grout lines to be, as well as how I wanted the tile to be cut. I have already consulted with him about future jobs I would like him to do.
Was on time and quality work. Repatch carpet and with transition molding.
Jesus Perez Handyman responded to my project description right away and was able to do the job--replacing four interior doors-- much more quickly than I'd expected. He worked with my schedule, took care of the details (even a few unexpected ones), and got everything done and back in perfect shape before leaving. I will definitely call on him for future projects and highly recommend his work.
Mr. Perez was great. He was tasked with two issues; a new ceiling fan (where there was not one before), and a wall mounting of a flat screen tv. He was on time and treated my mom (who's house he was installing at) with respect and explained everything to her after he was done. He was fast and professional, and dealt with a not so clean working environment. :) Thanks Jesus Perez. I will def be choosing you again for any work that my mom needs.
