Gilberto and his crew arrived on time, did great work prepping the dirt to lay new sod. The new grass looks great, and the price was fair.
Perez Landscaping did an amazing job on my yard cleanup project. They are professional, hardworking, and dependable. Their prices is very affordable. Please consider them for your next job; you will not be disappointed!
I was wondering why my grass was dying under his watch and then I noticed my directional sprinkler had been replaced with a short fountain that doesn't do jack for a yard of this size. Let alone he doesn't know what a weed is after taking one of my native plants and leaving night shade. The last straw was his made up rule not to tell me face to face he was taking off without doing work while another contractor who was not in the way was at my house. Perez learn from this or find another craft.
Gilberto was the first one to respond with a quote and after he finished the job exactly when he said he would, it was like a breath of fresh air! Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
Responsive and reasonable quote. They were on-time, and did an excellent job. We hope to use them again.
Always on time. Hard working and left everything very clean. I will use them again.
A great job trimming and cleaning up the yard. Would definitely recommend.
Gilberto and his crew did an amazing job. I'm preparing to sell my house and had them change out all of the mulch in the front and back yard. They also trimmed shrubs, buried some drip sprinkler lines that were showing, and did a great job with clean-up afterwards. My landscaping looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the work they did.
Did an amazing job of getting rid of some shrubs. Upon removal of the largest shrub, we found the base of a tree. It’s almost like someone deliberately planted bushes around it to obscure it. He pulled that out on the spot for a very reasonable price.
First one to respond to my request, very professional when arrived to quote the job, and gave a very fair price. We worked out a date easily, and he arrived at 8am as he said he would. Gilberto and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job to perfection in just a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left us perfectly satisfied. I would never hesitate to use them again and recommend that anyone else do the same. First two photos are before, one of Gilberto in action, and two of the finished product. It’s not easy to tell, but they took them down as much as four feet.
Wow! Did a GREAT job! Couldn’t be more pleased with the work and the value! Highly recommend and will use again!!!
Best landscaping in Sacramento! Quick, clean and attention to detail
We needed the mulch removed from our front and back yard. Gilbert was on time and gave a good price. The only issue we had was there was still a lot of mulch left over that we had to rake up in the back yard. We didn’t get to the front yard yet since it was raining. Other than that it was a great experience.
Leveled the rock and wood chip hill and dug up tree roots, removed wood border around lemon tree. And dug up or removed two crepe mrtyle trees who were coming back. So happy to be able to start phase 2 of my kitchen garden.
Was quick to provide free onsite quote. Started job with in 4 days, eveything looks much better.
