Show up to do the job after a start date is disclosed. At least call and let the customer know what’s going on. No communication

It took a couple days to get started but they did a very good job. Very professional. I would call them again for other projects

I needed a bunch of work done on my backyard on a very short notice, Vicente came out immediately to review the work and got everything done two days later. He was easy to communicate with and punctual. I was very happy with the work and he actually ended up doing more work than I had hoped for.

Perez Landscaping transformed our yard beautifully! We couldn’t be happier with the results. From the new patio to the turf installation, everything was done with great care and attention to detail. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Perez Landscaping to anyone looking for professional, reliable landscaping services. Thank you for an outstanding job!

Oh boy, I do not even know where to start. A 3 week project turned into nearly a 2 and a half month ordeal. Concrete is not level or even, steps are warped and misshapen, stamping is crooked, the firepit doesn't put out more than a 1in flame, the firepit and benching are unleveled and was supposed the be a ROUNDED seating area at 25sq ft (it's 16 at best). Tried charging me EXTRA for a pergola that was 6ft smaller than initially quoted, asked for money throughout the project despite his contract clearly stating 20% down and 80% upon completion (even left my jobsite for a week to take on another project when he demanded 30% of the project on a Sunday night to be paid Monday morning without warning or agreement). There was trash and cigarette butts left everywhere, destroyed part of my backyard and front yard (drove a bobcat over the front yard without laying any protection down so I have tire ruts everywhere). This was a disastrous experience. I think simple projects may be ok, but this was definitely outside of his wheelhouse.

These guys did a great job. Their work was very thorough and they did everything we expected and more. We are going to hire them again for additional projects. I highly recommend this team. See before and after photos...
