Tony and his crew did an amazing job in a short amount of time. He was great at communicating with me. They worked a lot around the rain. I will use his company again.

Tony and his guys did such a great job I highly recommend him!
Tony and his assistant did an amazing job on my patio. Work done within time stated, cleaned up and hauled off all trash. I would highly recommend this company.
Tony came out right away and provided a competitive quote. He was able to schedule the work within a week. We had some sod and landscaping work done. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and it looks great. Communication was clear and prompt. I will call them again for our next outdoor project.
Anthony Perez responded immediately to my request. After we agreed on a price, he sent his men within an hour to remove 3 large yucca plants and their roots. The guys hauled away the debris and cleaned the area. They did quality work and were very efficient with their time! I am very satisfied and I highly recommend Perez Outdoor Services for any and all outdoor landscaping jobs!
Tony works HARD. He replied to the job request so fast. He went out to the site, same day, and got the work done. Fast, smart and quick. I'm looking forward to working with Tony again.
They came over for a consultation on Friday morning as scheduled and then returned early on Saturday to complete the work in record time. He even put sod in where there was just dirt. It turned out really nice and the value is awesome! Once the sod takes hold, it will be even better.
Anthony and his crew did a fantastic job! I highly recommend him. A*
Perez did a fantastic job resodding our backyard and building a rock walkway and fire place area
I wish they had removed more of the mulch and tidied it up more, but that was okay I’m glad the tree is gone.
My hardscape design came out perfect. Jesus was very helpful and professional. I can't wait till my grass fills in. Great job 👍.
Wonderful experience. They took their time leveling the pavers and helped retrieve additional materials to complete job. As an older person, this was of great value to me.
This is the most unethical company I have ever met. I paid this company $3,247.50 on 3/23/22. It was raining the day they finished and I could not thoroughly inspect the work. The “nice” pictures are what I was promised and then Perez Landscaping gaslighted me and tried to tell me I changed the project and wanted him to cut corners. Almost $3300 for a small walkway and retaining wall is NOT cutting corners. When Perez came to inspect the work he agreed it was a bad job and asked I give him one month and he would come back and redo the work and he would hire someone who knew what they were doing. He lied to me and told me the retaining wall stone was the same stone and it was just wet because it was raining but then agreed it was completely different stone and he would come out and replace it. He tried to blame the wrong stone on the stone place when it’s HIS job to ensure it’s the correct stone. I offered for him to come and take the stone and keep a 10 % of the money. He offered to give me 1/2 my money back and take the stone but then said he’d come back and replace it all and do a quality job. Then he BLOCKED my number. I had my representative call and discuss this with him and he has a reputable landscaper come and inspect the work call him and he agreed the work was bad and he’s stay true to his word but then he blocked all of us. My entire walkway is now sinking and the patio o needed for my trash cans is sinking into the ground and cracking! I I would absolutely not recommend this company!! If you need more information please message me and I will tell you all about it.
Hired Perez Irrigation to extend patio with flagstone and install French drains. The whole process from them coming out for an estimate to the job being completed took less than a week. Highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs.
