Ridiculous estimate! Of the estimates we received most were around $3k. Perfect Chimney bid the job at nearly double that at $5800. Did not measure anything and did not leave me with the sense that they cared about this project. Saw the renovation we are doing and I think they thought they could just through out a ridiculous number and we would accept it. If you’re going to get a bid from Perfect Chimney get a couple more to compare so you’re not over paying.

Incredible customer service and professionalism. Flexible scheduling. I personally had scheduling issues multiple times and they offered to come at 7pm at night to install our new glass and clean our fireplace. (I didn’t even mention they came out same day on a Sunday. Job complete in 3 days time.) Both guys were incredibly kind and professional. Their work is flawless. I’d hire them again and again and again. The team got our gas fireplace cleaned and maintenance done. I know now to do this maintenance annually. We received a quote to have our main floor fireplace converted with an insert. That work has not started yet.
