Run away from this company! I was charged nearly $500 for a move-out cleaning, and the service was a complete disaster. Two cleaners arrived with basic supplies that were completely inadequate for a deep clean. They failed to handle even the basics: they skipped dusting the laundry room, didn't clean the toilets, and didn't mop the bathroom floor. I explicitly requested that all cupboards be cleaned inside and out, but as you can see in the attached photos, they didn't even open the medicine cabinet. On top of the terrible job, there was a complete language barrier, making it impossible to communicate or direct them. Worst of all, our incoming tenants canceled their lease specifically because the house was left so dirty. Extremely disappointed. Save your money and hire someone else.

An absolutely amazing job! They were on time, followed the apartment directions perfectly (including parking in the exact spot requested), and even left the key under the mat when they finished just as instructed. Everything was spotless! I have pets, and they did such a great job removing all the pet hair my place looks and feels incredible. They also sent pictures at the end, which I really appreciated. I’m so thankful for their professionalism and attention to detail. I can’t wait to book with them again!
Scheduled cleaning for 2pm. 2:15 comes and no one’s here. Texted the number and they said they’ve been here and no one’s at the home. I’ve been here all day no ones showed up. They claimed they’ve been here for a while and no one came to the door. They have my phone number. They could have called if they came and no one was here. But I had to reach out once they were already late. Then they lie and claim first they were waiting on another cleaner. I had originally mentioned no one would be here and the home would be open so I assume they were playing on the fact they thought no one would be home. Glad I didn’t let them clean.
Fantastic!!! Sparkling crispy clean!! Hire her!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Great work
They did a magnificent job.
Giulia is incredible. She turned my messy, cluttered, dirty negative space into a positive fresh start for me. I’m so grateful for her attention to detail and her positive energy that she helped bring into my home. She did more for my apartment than I ever expected.
Very professional and thorough. However, the deep cleaning did not meet my expectations. I understand my house is quite large and required many hours of work. Still, there were some areas overlooked/missed. For example, behind the couch, as well as the tracks of the sliding doors. The pantry area was also not cleaned/vacuumed. Also, spider/cob webs were left unaddressed. The kitchen vent was also left dusty. With a deep cleaning service, I don't expect to do any cleaning up myself afterwards. I expected much more attention to detail. Again, they did very good work and I appreciate their efforts. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.
No English but Anna was able to use a translator device whenever we needed to discuss anything. Did a great job cleaning my whole 1br 1ba apartment. Great value
The best cleaner in LA! As someone who had a mom who was extreme about cleanliness, it’s been hard to find a quality and detail oriented cleaner. I’m grateful to have found Anna. She did an incredible job with every room, surface, and material. She arrived on time and made sure I was happy with the results. Will definitely be hiring her for all future cleanings!
