The team made an honest effort, initially, but unfortunately the final outcome did not meet. EXPECTATIONS, the job was incomplete. We reached out multiple times for updates but we received no response after the payment was made. They were not equipped for there job that they were committed too we payed them there quoted amount in full before the job was down and had to hire another team to finish there job because we did not hear back from them after multiple trys to connect. There not reliable nor equipped to handle a two story home!!!

Reviews
Outstanding experience! The team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. A minor miscommunication on my end was resolved quickly and without any issues. Their work ethic and professionalism were exceptional. I gave them the green light, and they handled everything from there. I would hire them over and over again.
The communication with this vendor was horrible and they lack professionalism. They requested that I send a picture of my home, which I did, and they never replied back. I waited 11 hours before I decided to send them a message, decline the pro, and publish this review.
Responsiveness to the job request was impeccable. Job took a little longer than anticipated however Amazing customer service truly goes a long way when challenges arrive. Grateful for the beautiful lights. Service Recommended!
Michael was great to work with and did a good job installing our outdoor permanent lights.
