WOW WOW WOW, that was the impression the flooring got every time anyone walked into the house. My sister’s, the neighbor, the house painter, my son, the realtor, and everyone else, the response was the same. I was able to visit the house 3 days after the work was completed. Everyone’s impression was spot on. I was floored by the craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and the overall finishes. Ever inch of work is outstanding and impressive. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. From the moment I met Terry from Persistent FCP Flooring; I knew I was in good hands. Terry put my mind at ease, he’s outgoing ‘We got this” and “I’m going to take care of you” attitude made my decision a no brainer. Art the Forman, is a master at his craft. The precise cuts on a single plank are mind blowing. Being out of state and not being able to supervises the work was a bit nerve reckoning but I was in good hands. Terry sent me video and picture updates throughout the process. Art and Terry went above and beyond to put me at ease. I highly recommend you consider hiring Persistent FCP Flooring for your next project. I also want to mention that their pricing was GREAT. THANK YOU TERRY AND ART, for all the hard work and dedication.
I had a great experience with this flooring company from start to finish. The quality of the work was outstanding, the floors look amazing, and the attention to detail really shows. Everything was done professionally, on time, and with care. A special thank you to Terry, the owner, who was honest, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything turned out perfect. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Terry and his team to anyone looking for top-quality flooring work. You won’t be disappointed!
I am very satisfied with the flooring Terry installed and the walls he painted—the quality is excellent. He is professional, very easy to communicate with, and trustworthy.
I came across Terry through reviews on this site. I have worked with many contractors in LV area and he stood out as very responsive, on time, great to communicate with. He responded to my request asap, provide the quote quickly, and was ready to start working right away. At the end of each day, he also provided photo updates of what has been done and where things stand. I never had to chase on timing or babysit the project. His crew installed 800 sq ft of LVP on my top floor and stairs in about 4 days, including prep and floor leveling work. Because he specialize in flooring, he is very knowledgeable, and provide some selections to choose from. His quote was fair and in line with other contractors. I will definitely hire him again for other flooring related work.
Great work! Will defiantly use again and highly recommend them.
Terry and his crew recently replaced our lower level floors from slate tile to LVP (approx 1500 sqft). They took care of the demo (they guys worked insanely hard covered in dust for days!), installation of new LVP and baseboards. The crew worked hard, communicative and the end result looks great. I also got 3 different quotes and they were the most competitive. Would use again for other parts of the home!
Terry and his team did LVP flooring and paint on one of our properties. He patiently waited for us till we were ready for the project and offered great prices. The team worked swiftly and did an awesome job. From demo to having the entire place done, the project took less than a week and left us very happy. I would highly recommend working with this team. They are trustworthy, reliable, professional and excellent at what they do!!
Working with Terry was a breeze. Communication was on point and I will use him again when something new comes up. Id recommend him to any friends or family as well. New flooring and painting of cabinets changed the entire look of our home.
Terry really made my place absolutely gorgeous with replacing the floors completely, making suggestions, better baseboards and some painting. I’m always going to call him for anything he can do and highly recommend to anyone. The floor is such quality work. I didn’t see any gaps at all. Also at a great value. Amazing!!!
Terry was very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to give me great floors. He had a great level of expertise and gave me recommendations on how to save money and get the most bang for my buck. I will definitely use him for future projects!
Awesome service, prompt and professional! Would use persistent FCP flooring again!
