Peter was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Bobby from his team flushed the 3 hot water tanks in our condo building, replaced a nipple to one hot water tank, and rebuilt a toilet tank so it would not consistently run. Bobby brought A+ service and was super friendly.
Super responsive on scheduling routine maintenance/cleaning for my HVAC system and the guy who came out couldn’t have been nicer and was incredibly knowledgeable, gave me some good tips, etc. Will 100% be a regular customer!

Deceptive Bait & switched He sent a person named John Barone after confirming for a FREE assessment When he came out he put two caps on water pipes without any communication about charging service fee Then Peter Paone texts he will send a SMALL bill for the service charge He billed an unauthorized bill of $250

Got water replaced 2 days before Christmas
Peter was great, he responded quickly and was able to get the project done on the same day (Sunday). I am very happy.

Peter is an excellent HVAC specialist. I hired him to fix the heat in the third floor of my house. He drained the boiler and took the air out . His work is excellent. However I wish he also looked at anything else that needed to be fixed when he was in the basement.
