Initial response to request was prompt and scheduling was done. My 1st scheduling was already 1.5 weeks out from initial call, then they canceled my initial appointment and offered to schedule that same week on Thursday, so I scheduled for Thursday. Thursday came and they again canceled my appointment. When I called to reschedule they then had to schedule me another 3 weeks out. That would then be a little over a month of my initial request. Not timely at all. Had to go with another service.

I had a bad circuit breaker that needed immediate attention. Peterman Bros. offered to come out the same day I called. I had them come out the following morning. They were very professional, kind and thorough. He was able to address the problem with ease. The only downside is that they try to talk you into becoming a member for a fee and try and drum up more business. Other than that, they are great!
The plumber just wrapped the problem with silicon tape and not replaced the part. Then stated that if it leaked again it would be another 200 dollar charge.

Call your customers. That’s why it’s called customer service. They did not give me a time for the service, so I guess they expect the customer to wait around ALL day for THEIR service. Then the cancelled my service without contacting me to reschedule. Very poor service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I truly appreciated that they were honest with what options that I had. The tech was very professional and upfront.
I had a small leak. And asked for peterman brothers to come and assist. Carson. Came out and said that everything was fixed and looked good. I went to use the sink later on and everything is soaked underneath. The leak is much worse. I then called to have them come back out the same day because if you make it worse after you fix it you should come back out to fix it same day. I called the company. And was told that they can’t do anything for me today. While my kitchen sink is flooding. Telling me nobody not even Carson could fix what was going on today. I then asked for the money back since nobody could come fix it and I have to wait for that to because they need to go through something. While I get nothing and my sink is flooded and they won’t come fix it. Terrible. Terrible
Technician Drew was very detailed and easy to understand. He was patient, professional, and friendly. Feels like I am with the right HVAC company! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Matt came out to the for evaluation very respectful and informative. Waiting for the tech to come out for our duct evaluation. So far so good.
Try to respond to customers new or old even if you're busy still you should respond to query!!
The technician did the most thorough walk through and evaluation of our home - found something really dangerous that we were able to remedy. Professional, and gave us tons of cost options for the list of repairs we had. Would call again in a heartbeat!
Peterman scheduled my simple job for the next day, which was great. They called my @ 7:30am to let me know they were on the way to do my job. They would arrive between 8:30 - 9am. Great! I rushed to the job site and prepared for their arrival. I get a call @ 9:20am saying they are not able to do my simple job and that I would have to contact the Geek Squad instead. One of the Peterman Brothers is misinformed or just plain stupid. They offered no apology and quickly hung up the phone. Bad business would NOT recommend these dudes.

When I initially contacted this company I told the sales representative that answered, that my main issue was a clog in my kitchen sink drain. The Tech did a diagnostic on the sink pipe and confirmed what I already told him. A clog in sink drain pipe but the Tech said he was not equipped to remove it. I was stunned! Isnt that what plumbers are for?? So why didnt the Sales Rep tell me that before she sent a Tech to my house knowing my main issue was a sink drain clog?? I dont blame the Tech! Very nice and very professional! I now have $85 less but still have a clog in my kitchen sink that needs to be opened! A waste of time and money! I feel like I was deceived! Would not recommend this company for plumbing anyway!
