Mary was super professional, punctual and courteous and rekeyed 8 locks in no time, providing some useful advice along the way. Highly recommended!
Mary was very responsive and able to schedule me very quickly. When she arrived she was very professional and efficient. She did excellent work switching out a deadbolt and handset, and the new one operates perfectly.
Very professional, she knows her stuff, YOU GO GIRL!
very efficient and friendly, enjoyable experience!
responds fast, excellent work
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Petrone Locksmith enough! Mary was prompt, professional, and communicated every step clearly. I had a smart lock that needed installing, and she did an incredible job. My door only had one hole, so she had to carefully create another for the deadbolt, chisel out the latch area, and fit everything perfectly -she made it look easy! As a single woman homeowner, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated having another woman come out to do the work. She made me feel completely safe and comfortable, and she had such a warm, friendly personality. She arrived on time, worked efficiently, and really knew what she was doing. My new smart lock looks great and works perfectly. Her prices were very reasonable, and she even went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up just right. I’m so happy with the result and will absolutely be booking her again for any future lock or security needs. Highly recommend!
