We bought an old farmhouse, with that said just about EVERYTHING needed replacement or repair. My husband and I had hired this company, he did come out to give us an estimate, my husband said he was very professional and kind, then the day of the job the communication was terrible I was under the impression that he starts the job rips up all the old and gets rid of it, we pay 1/2 (he said he had to get materials still) after that he buys what he needs then we pay the other 1/2 upon completion NOPE he wanted it b4 he even started the job. My husband had ripped everything out of our bathroom and through it away the day prior, and he just left….He judged us by the looks of our home (again bought an old farmhouse. we are trying to fix up and the outside is 3 colors.) I practically begged him to come back I sent screenshots proving I HAVE money. So if you’re not rich and it shows, don’t hire this guy thats why he put “services Troy” and he isn’t in Troy.. looking for the rich only
