Omar was excellent. Did great work, positive attitude, and had great ideas and suggestions for our situation. Looking forward to many projects in the future!

I was ready to hire. Omar said he needed to return with a locator and would contact me that evening with a date. It has been 10 days and I have not heard from him. I sent a reminder text last Saturday, but still no response. If the job is too much for him or he doesn't have time then just tell me that!

We have an aging sprinkler system that needed attention. Omar was great, kept me updated as to his schedule and got us back to working.

Lack of communication, came hours after appt, did not follow up w next steps unless prompted.

Great experience with Omar. He worked very hard under difficult circumstances! His fees were reasonable and he was easy to work with. We would definitely recommend him for irrigation work.

He was very nice when he came to look at what we need done. However, it’s now been a week and he has not given us an estimate as yet. When he was here he said it would be a few days. He doesn’t respond to texts when I asked if there was a problem. I am totally confused as to what the problem is.

Omar and his crew did an outstandingly professional job landscaping our bare backyard. They expanded our patio with beautiful pavers, installed the sprinkler and drip line system (complete with timers), planted trees and shrubs, brought in new topsoil for the entire back yard and raised planter boxes, laid sod, border bark and gravel. All done with expertise and high quality. We are overjoyed with the results of our backyard from Cisneros Yard Services. Thank you!

So disappointed... Omar did responded quick to make estimate on my yard. We made appointment the same day. However, he didnt came the estimate. Promised the estimate he will send me on my email Friday evening. That didnt happened. Found out he was out of town and he promised he will send the estimete Tomorrow...well its already tomorrow still nothing. I do appreciate that he was interested to give me options how to take care of my yard and save money. But in other hand waiting for the estimate that long makes me question do I want to deal with the company?!

Our front and back yard were overwhelmingly disastrous! We tried weeding ourself, but always gave up pretty quickly. Thankfully Omar and guys came and knocked out our property in one day, and it looks amazing! Like a whole new yard. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did, and will be hiring them to come back twice a month from now on.

Omar was very professional, came out quickly to give a quote and was able to do the service that same week. He was very knowledgeable about flowers and shrubs and did a wonderful job! Very pleased, we will continue to use his services going forward.

Crew went above expectations for our yard that needed a winter overhaul. We”ll definitely be contacting them for future landscaping needs. Hard working crew- good value

Great experience - fast response for estimate and repair work on sprinkler line done the next day. Omar is professional, knew what he was doing, for a reasonable price, and a lovely human to boot.

Respond to emails and appointments like they say they will. Have wasted my time trying to get a simple job. Totally.

Professional and friendly service that does good work.

Amarie O.May 2019

Great prices, but extremely poor communication. I’ve called, emailed, and sent texts to request service and even make payments.

Can’t say enough good things, this is a new construction so we went from nothing to this! Our yard looks so beautiful. Still have the back yard to finish and I can’t wait to see what that turns out like!

Sandra P.Apr 2019

He has been out twice, I am very pleased with what he has done so far.

The Cisneros Yard Services crew worked crazy hard to get everything done in just a couple of days. They removed several falling trees and so much debris and overgrown blackberry, we have our yard back now and have been able to plant 4 new fruit trees.

We fully enjoy working with Omar (Mr Cisneros) from our first meeting for his estimate and, as of this writing, his first yard care visit. He is professional, highly skilled, friendly and does excellent work. The yard is beautiful even though he has a lot of grooming (fertilizing, weeding, moss removal) yet to come. We are so glad we chose him and recommend him highly. 10 stars!
