The reason I personally shifted to alternative medicine is because Western medicine was literally killing me. I was bouncing back and forth from general practioners to orthopedists, only finding temporary relief from medicine until ultimately moving to China to heal. Having traveled to China (acupressure and reflexology), India (Ayurveda), Thailand (Tok Sen) and Taiwan (Gua Sha), I'm happy to share what I've learned to help understand muscular dysfunction and provide long term pain relief.
