Leo arrived on time. he was very personable and it worked very hard to try to find a solution to the problem I was having with my printer. it appears that a part wasn't working properly and would have to be replaced. I called Canon told him about the problem are they going to send me a new printer and I'll send back the one I have. so Leo did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. if I need technical support in the future I will definitely call you and hopefully get Leo again

Leo, the Owner, was very knowledgeable, and very efficient. He also showed me how to handle various items related to my printer, and he helped me order the appropriate parts. He was very punctual too, and the cost was reasonable, especially given the high level of service !

Leo was the first Pro to respond to my search. He called me immediately. He was in my house within the hour. I was experiencing a quality of scan issue. Turns out it was dust on the rollers, which I tried to clean myself with no result. He resolved the issue in a matter of minutes and then procedure to show me the proper way to do fix this problem or avoid it completely with proper maintenance. I will definitely use him again should the occasion arise.
He knows his stuff! and he got right to work. It was a huge problem that he had to take the whole printer apart to fix. His rates are very reasonable and he's a true professional.
