⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional experience working with David Rainey! We cannot thank David Rainey enough for his utmost professionalism and the truly outstanding pictures he took for us. From start to finish, working with him was a breeze. David has an incredible eye for artistic direction—he instinctively knew all the right poses that felt natural and looked effortless. His deep experience with lighting and leveraging the venue’s layout was immediately clear; he knew exactly where to position everyone and how to utilize the space to get the absolute best shots imaginable. What impressed us most, however, was his ability to capture candid, authentic moments throughout the event. Half the time, we didn't even notice he was around working! He seamlessly blended into the background while quietly catching every meaningful smile and interaction. If you want a skilled, relaxed, and deeply professional photographer who delivers stunning results, we cannot recommend David highly enough!
David was our wedding photographer 2 months ago. He is a very kind person to work with. My husband and I thought he missed some photos that are shown on the wedding videos. He recommended a videographer, Juwan Bush, and that's the one we used. Heʻs the worst videographer with bad quality videos. We agreed to something else before the wedding and he did not comply with it. We waited for over 3 weeks for the wedding videos. He keeps delaying sending those videos and comes up with excuses. We feel that it was a waste of money that we paid for the videographer. He ruined our wedding videos and we regret hiring him.
David was a life saver! Our photographer for our elopement canceled three days before our ceremony, and he not only was willing to help on such short notice, but was such a great help with poses and making us feel comfortable. He was genuinely engrossed in his work and took some AMAZING pictures of us both inside and outside of the courthouse. He was very knowledgeable about poses, the process — all of it!
David is an Expert. A master of his craft. He walked us through *so much* of the wedding photo process and was kind and extremely patient with us. He grabbed group photos with all our May 4th Star Wars cosplayers for our wedding, did intimate shots with myself and my wife (WOW SHE'S MY WIFE NOW), got family photos -- the works! He was so busy throughout the event getting candid shots, too. This was easily the best day of my life, and David captured it all. I highly recommend him for any function. What a wonderful person! And the pictures! So wonderful! We were blown away by the quality and how they look, how we look! The time it must've taken to edit and piece the day together is incredible and we love how it all came out. Just a completely beautiful day captured by immaculate pictures. David is the best!
Mr. Rainey was awesome for our golf event that we sponsored! He took pictures of every foursome in such a way that we were able to get each golfer a framed photo by the awards ceremony. He really made us look good! Thank you, PhotoRainey!

Great to work with, super friendly and great with animals
Communication was lacking. Upon initial contact, he was quick to respond to my need for a photographer. QuAfter the initial message though, communication slowed (3 days to get a response from a simple question). I gave him grace and tried to get a call planned. I asked if he could call me and for him to notify me of the time that he would be available for a call. This was so that I could be available for the call. Instead, he called whenever he was not busy, but since I had no idea when he would call, I couldn’t set aside time to talk to him. I ended up getting a new photographer. He was polite and professional, but communication could improve.
Talk to him quite a bit about doing an engagement shoot and he even found a great location for us. he told us he was working on another shoot and would get back to us very soon, but we did not hear from him for two months. He basically just forgot about us I guess.
Mr. Rainey is extremely courteous, punctual, and professional. He communicates with you throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a photographer.

Dave took my bridal photos for an elopement and he was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive and very kind. He made the photos fun as well! My husband and I normally hate getting photos done and he was taking our pictures for almost 2 hours and it flew by! The location he picked was stunning and the previews we got looked AMAZING!!! I’m so excited to see the final results! He is also very well priced and affordable and I’ve raved about him to everybody already. We also hired him for our reception in a couple of months!! So thankful we found him ❤️
Me and my husband could not have better things to say about this man he was in no rush he let us have our day gave us some beautiful photographs in plenty of different poses had wonderful ideas and was in great spirits and calm with all the craziness of the wedding an amazing photographer and a wonderful spirit the wedding photos are phenomenal praise God in Jesus name thank you so much David Rainey
