Keenan did an excellent job with my photos and even came back for a reshoot when I forgot something. Will definitely be using him again!
Keenan did an EXCELLENT job taking photos for our Airbnb. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. We received the photos exactly when he said we would. I will definitely be booking again in the future.
We had a tight time frame, but Keenan delivered with excellent quality and faultless customer service. We're so excited to have found someone in the Memphis area that we can rely on!
This review is extensive due to my experience. I honestly had given him time to remedy this situation but he stopped responding. The pictures I've received were not whole "wall to wall, floor to ceiling" pics. They were super cropped photos, like puzzle pieces from multiple angles which made it difficult to get an entire view of my Airbnb rooms. I shouldn't have assumed that his equipment could take wide angles. Although he was 30 min late, I'm understandable, assuming I would still get my full time with no rush. He NEVER asked what was I expecting or if there were certain "eye candies" I would like for him to capture. Once he finished, he didn't offer to show what pictures he had taken. He was rushing to leave saying that he was already behind, which was fine also because he said he would upload them to his site and send me the link. 2 days later, he sent me the link to view the pictures. When I accessed it, it prompted me to input my card information, which is a standard process I've experienced with other photographers to put a card on file to preview watermarked drafts, choose the ones I like, THEN charge once edited. But no, it instantly charged my card $300, without looking at any pictures. I've submitted screenshots of our conversation discussing the dissatisfaction of photos, with no more time on my end to reschedule, and asking for a partial refund, but he stopped responding. I've also submitted examples of the wide angle photos I was hoping to receive vs the "puzzle pieces" I paid $300 for. He did give a discount, so maybe that's why I had the experience I had.
Great experience with the photoshoot! My Pics of my Airbnb were perfect and marketable . Would definitely recommend
Incredible pictures. Had three above asking price offers on our house the first day.
