I had a water line burst, I had been searching all around for someone to come in the next couple of days and Pierpoint came, provided an estimate and fixed my pipe within hours of my initial contact.
Couldn't schedule via this app, drove you to call them. Called multiple times over multiple days, each time got voicemail saying leave name, number, and your issue they'd return your call. Left a message first time, never got called back. Called many more times during business hours always got voice mail. So went with a company that responds and they came out same day. Will not try to use again.
