This past Monday I schedule an appointment to have my apartment cleaned today. 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment they said they would be 3 hours late. Poor planning and insufficient communication is unacceptable.

i called, they did not pick up. they responded asking me who it was. i told them I needed a cleaning service. they took hours to respond, and finally did so via twxt again. they asked me for my address via text. before giving it away, i asked them if they could make it friday or saturday and which hours. to which they replied very rudely, "how can I know if I don't have the address". here is the screenshot. i did not have a professional exchange with these folks, so i decided to cancel the service.
Good job!
My family was so happy with the service. Everything was perfect. They were on time a great value and wonderful sweet people. I will definitely continue their services going forward and recommend them to my friends and family.
omg... my place was an embarrassment. They really did their thing. I was too embarrassed for before photos
Pilar's Cleaning Service did a great job. I would hire them again for another job.
I have not had a cleaning in a while and they were done in a little over an hour. They were professional, courteous and thorough.
Very professional and did a good job
I am so amazed at the results of my 1 bedroom apartment deep cleaning! My husband and I are both in the military with busy schedules which leaves us tired on most days when we get off work. I thought hiring a professional cleaning service to deep clean our apartment would be the reset we need. It’s definitely worth it!!
Disappointed. I booked Pilar to clean an empty house before new tenants moved in (a full move out clean had already been done, but since some contractors did some work, I called Pilar for a final sweep). She was not even able to share a summary of what she did, despite asking multiple times. The best I got was “the floors were dirty” and “it took 2.5 hours”. Not professional at all. Avoid
I received a deep clean service on a property of mine that was left disgusting. three ladies came in and out was like new in 2 hours.
Steam cleaning the basement was excellent. Israel was fantastic and took the time explain the process and to take care of the carpet.
Satisfied!
