Hello! My name is Ashley Adams, and I’m a certified Classical Pilates instructor based in Highland, MD (Howard County). I run a small private studio connected to my home, with its own entrance. This allows me to offer a peaceful, one-on-one experience where clients can fully focus on their practice—without the noise or distractions of a busy gym. My certification required over 800 hours of intensive training over the course of a year. This level of training is what sets Classically trained Pilates instructors apart. If you’re searching for a Pilates teacher, it’s important to make sure they are truly Classically certified. If you’re new to Pilates, it’s a powerful mind-body method that teaches you how to engage your core and move from your center.
