I was very pleased with the service I received from Pillar Heating and Cooling. My tech Jacob called and notified me that he was on the way. This helped me know when he would arrive so I didn’t have to sit around guessing when he would show up. Jacob was professional and he explained everything he was doing. He checked and service my unit. He took his time to make sure everything was working properly. This made me feel comfortable that my heater will be ready for the winter season. On the hottest days of June, our air conditioner decided to break down and only blow hot air. We contacted Pillar Heating and Cooling. Blake Yancey, the Chief of Operations from Pillar, was the tech who worked on our air conditioning unit. He checked everything before determining the cause of our air conditioner not working properly. The refrigerant was extremely low. After adding more, our air conditioner continues to work just fine.
