Quoted 450$ for a 50-100 sq ft space repair and only did 25 sq ft for that price, leaving the other half of the bathroom unlevel. Disappointed. He wasn't honest.

As a licensed Flooring and Floor Covering Contractor, I take pride in getting the details right, from the first measurement to the final walkthrough. You’ll work directly with a dedicated crew of three, so your project gets personal attention—not passed from person to person. We focus on quality workmanship, clear communication, and finishing on schedule. If you’re ready to update your floors with a dependable, experienced pro, I’d be happy to discuss your project and provide an estimate.
Reviews
We're so glad we chose to work with Farhad at Pine Flooring. He was so professional from start to finish and his quality and work ethic was exceptional. He gave us feedback on ideas we had with floor placement based on his experience and he was spot-on. He also hit our very critical schedule, which was extremely important. Probably one of the best contractors we've worked with. I hope I have an opportunity to work with him again, although he's done our entire house ! (LVP and Tile) .
Farhad and team did a great job with our flooring. We got our carpet replaced with Vinyl Flooring and the whole process was seamless. He was very responsive and that helped us make the decision quicker. I would highly recommend them for any flooring projects!
Pine Flooring (Farhad) did an EXCELLENT job. Farhad is very responsive and prompt in his communication. His work quality is excellent. His price was extremely reasonable and fair. Arrived on time / early to start work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I absolutely love the job done by Pine flooring. They were punctual, paid attention to detail, quick, and left the area clean. The floor came out amazing! Night and day difference. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Pine flooring did such an amazing job! Farhad and his team were fast, efficient, professional, and paid attention to detail. The price was very reasonable for my budget and I appreciate Farhad working with me along the way. It made getting the flooring done way less intimidating. I'm so pleased with the way it came out and I would recommend his work to anyone that is needing flooring done.
Farhad and his team did an amazing job on my stairs. His quote was considerably less than most of the others I got. He was prompt for scheduling, had great attention to detail, communicated great and I love my new stars! Highly recommend
I’m always hesitant when business’s have over 50 5 star reviews, maybe they are fake maybe they are incentivized to leave a good review. I COMPLETELY understand why Pine Flooring has great reviews!! Working with them was easy, they were available next day, the pricing was so good, and the work was PERFECT! I will be calling them again when I need to do the more flooring! 10/10 work and professionalism.
Amazing Work! I'm so happy with my bathroom floor. I'm well pleased with the Quality. Farhad goes above and beyond. Thank you so much. See photos below.
