John from Puddle Pools responded quickly and came out the next morning. He examined the hot tub, explained what he would do and gave me an estimated cost. He explained what could affect the cost if there were problems that didn't show. I know nothing at all about hot tubs but we agreed on the price and he started immediately. He was very thorough and efficient. At the end, the price was exactly as quoted and when his supplier did not have a needed part, he gave me the information and told me where I could find it. Hot tub is sparkling and looks new!! highly recommend!
