STAY AWAY! Very unprofessional, dishonest and harassed us. Emin, pool technician or owner you choose. I had them come out and take a look at a pump issue. He offered pool service and provided a price. I didn’t really want to hire him but he was very pushy. I told him I would get in touch after I got the pump got fixed. Emin called many times asking if they could start servicing our pool. I tried to put him off but he doesn’t take No. Fast forward to the week Sept 2026. After one service, I was dissatisfied with his service which gave me a reason to cancel with them. I won’t drag everyone through the mountain of calls, harassing voicemails and texts I’ve received. He likes to bully people especially older women. I have anxiety and don’t like confirmation and I have requested to not be contacted any longer. This guy just doesn’t stop. He has gone so far as to disrespect the entire SFV. I have attached a copy of his text to myself from tonight /9/9/2026. Read for yourself.

So happy I found them! They responded right away and came out super quickly to fix our broken pool pump. They were so friendly, polite and easy to work with, and really worked with us on the price, which we truly appreciated. Very fair and accommodating. Great experience all around and will definitely be using them again!
This was an absolute nightmare. After having our pool remodeled we hired this company. They only lasted 5 weeks. They turned our pool green, never put in chemicals, adjusted dates for cleanings. For the last 5 weeks of summer our brand new pool was not usable. Worst experience ever. DO NOT hire. Absolute trash.
My advice? For a start, vacuum the bottom of the pool, put enough chlorine to last a week, don't forget tablets home and have some to put the floating dispenser (twice). Don't charge for 2 services when you offer one free! Don't insult and harass a client who want to cancel the service. It was a nightmare, it was scary...
