We recently had 3 windows replaced by Pinnacle Windows & Doors and had a great experience from start to finish. Before choosing them, I got a quote from an independent handyman using the cheapest windows from Lowe’s, and Pinnacle’s quote was only slightly higher while offering much better quality windows and professional installation. The installation was done very well, everything looks great, and the windows function perfectly. The biggest difference has been the noise reduction. We used to hear a lot of road noise in the room, and now it’s noticeably quieter. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

Out of three possible companies pinnacle was by far the most responsive, professional, and flexible. Andy came out and after explaining to him my situation and my payment plan worked something out without putting me in a bind and made every effort to keep cost down. The window was available quickly and installed it in under 10 minutes. I only needed one window at this time but hands down if I need more in the future, I will most definitely go through pinnacle.
