He showed up on time to do the work.He made our yard look beautiful again. Marco work is a 10 out of 10! I want to hire him again he did such a great job!
They were very professional, friendly, and were able to fix a leak to my drip system at the water source, in good time. The first two times we set a date, it rained. Third scheduled date worked. I think their price was a little high, but maybe I don't know what this job type costs now.
Update, after spending an hour on Thumbtack's poorly designed complaint system, Mario refunded my $150 payment, which I appreciate, however this was overall a bad experience and I urge customers to beware. Beware of this company! I wasted both time and money with Pinos, I foolishly trusted the good reviews and my conversation with Mario. He responded quickly to my Thumbtack request and came in person to discuss my irrigation needs. I told him that I wanted someone to make sure everything was running correctly and that my plants were getting enough water. Additionally that I wanted to add sprays along a path for ground cover, and something needed to get done to get more water to my roses. He said he would send me an estimate for the work, but first he wanted to have his worker come out and check out the system and make sure it was running, ‘had enough pressure’ etc. He said that would cost $150 and said it would include fixing obvious problems like broken emitters etc. He said after that that was done he would send an estimate. His worker was here 40 minutes, verified that the system ran, fixed one emitter that was spraying (and broke again when I ran the system), and did not even change the time setup. He did not identify, let alone fix emitters not emitting, or make sure existing sprays were directed correctly. In that short time I also talked with him about the work for the estimate, sprays, roses etc, to pass on to Mario. That was it, for $150. After a week and no estimate from Mario, I texted him about an estimate, no reply. I called he didn’t know who I was, said he was busy would call back in 5 min. He texted back a jumbled message asking me to explain. My response was that I had paid $150 for very little work in order to get an estimate. His responded that the estimate was the $150 to set up and run the system, that was it. No apology, no sorry I forgot to get back to, no additional contact. This was a total rip off of both my money and my time!!! And I will not be using Thumbtack again.
All went well. I got want was negotiated and job was done right.
Marco did a great job - they came out on short notice and got our yard looking clean ahead of an event. Fairly priced and easy to work with!

I am very happy with their promptness, knowledge and professionalism. I asked for extra business cards to pass onto friends that might need their service. I will use them again!

Marco's crew performed a complete yard cleanup and installation of a retaining wall, walkway and other features in a timely and professional manner. Communication was proactive and detailed. The results are exactly what I hoped for.
I had a great experience! I’m moving out and needed yard work done on the side and in the back of the home. Marco came out and gave me a free quote. I accepted and the actual clean up day was weeks away still. He checked in on me a few times and it was much appreciated with all of the stress of moving. When the day came, they were on time and very friendly. They did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire again, if needed.
Fantastic professional service. I would highly recommend and will use again. They came out right away and spent several hours trouble shooting and resolving an issue with my irrigation system. Strong expertise and ability to solve problems.
