Christian and Amy were wonderful. They worked with us for a convenient time and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth pickup and delivery. The piece was a 100+ yr old antique roll top desk and they cared for it like it was their own. They took the time to get everything aligned after the move and made sure that all parts and pieces fit and worked. Great price, great service, great people. Highly recommended.

Through a combination of cooperation, strength and a smart use of tools (including some sophisticated furniture moving tools) Pinpoint moved our living and dining room furniture out of our townhouse and into a storage container in preparation for a renovation. I was receiving a couch from usps and needed help getting to into my apt. I spoke with this company and they were very responsive and available as soon as my couch arrived. They responded to my messages very quickly. Since packages almost never come the time they anticipate, my delivery was later than expected. I ended up having my son bring it in for me as he got out of work before it arrived. So even though I did not use this company, I give them a 5 star on their responsiveness and availability and will use them next time I need something heavy moved.
Today Christian and Amy moved a very heavy and cumbersome couch from my friend’s house to my home. I contacted them on the day that I need the job done (I was not given any lead time and it had to be done today). Amy got right back to me and was very kind, helpful, and professional. They met me on time at my friend’s house (after hours on top of it!). They were so careful to make sure that the upholstery didn’t get dirty and that the floor/walls did not get scratched. They had to go around several tight corners and they navigated that flawlessly. I am so pleased with their service. I have recommended them to one friend already and I suspect I will be giving them more referrals as well. 10 out of 10!

I needed a freezer moved from one house to another, and Pinpoint responded to my request quickly, even though it was at the last minute. The owner himself did the delivery and loading/unloading and he did a wonderful job!
