Reviews
Honestly the best plumbing company I’ve worked with so far. James Park is extremely reliable and professional. I highly recommend and would call them again for my next project.
Ryan came in and fix my faucet and sink leaking. Very professional ane efficient.
We are extremely happy with Pioneer Plumbing. We are a dental office and due to the pipe leakage, the suction became very weak. They sent a technician within 2.5 hours after I called and he fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Suction function is one of the most important essentials for a dental office, if it couldn’t be fixed quick enough, we have to cancel the patients for tomorrow. We are so glad we called them. Cannot say enough thank you!!!
I needed flush valves replaced in two toilets in my home. I used Thumb Tack to identify a plumber. Pioneer plumber had good reviews so I contacted them. Within minutes, I received a message offering to set up an appointment. Mark arrived in a short while. He was polite, professional and efficient. He went right to work and was done in about 30 minutes. I especially like his knowledge of the job and that he was friendly. I was comfortable having him in my home and would not hesitate to use Pioneer Plumbers again. I highly recommend them.
great job!
I contacted Pioneer for a kitchen drain clog. They responded quickly and scheduled a technical to come out the next morning. The tech arrived on time and completed the job within an hour. Very professional, responsive and quick. Pricing was comparable to other quotes I received.
Max took great care in making sure the job was done correctly. He was punctual, explained the problem, and visited two suppliers to make sure he had the right pieces to fix the problem. Before proceeding, he let me know the price for the job, which was quite reasonable. Overall, a very high quality experience.
The guy that showed up completely overcharged me for a seal but I had people here and didn’t want to argue. $250 to replace a seal. My advice? Run from this contractor - do not use!
Max was puntual, efficient and courteous. Maybe a little on the expensive side. No fault of his.
Very professional and punctual, good service would hire them again
Max was outstanding and extremely helpful with his service call. Great energy, very informative, and resourceful.
Max was prompt and did an extremely professional job. Fixed my issue in no time. Will highly recommend!!
Max was a great plumber. He was courteous, on time and did a great job with installing a new garbage disposal. He cleaned up everything and took away the old disposal. Very happy with the work and the price point. Pioneer Plumbers matched a competing quote and scheduled the work to be completed within a few days of booking. Very satisfied and I will use them again for my plumbing needs.
Professional and responsive. I was able to get my plumbing issue resolved quickly and thoroughly.
Great experience. Will hire them again!
Pioneer Plumbers was an excellent choice for the work I needed done. Very professional and the work was top notch. I will definitely use them for any future work. The technician "Max" was absolutely the best.
