My business with pipe doctors was overall great. Brian helped on my call for a backed up drain. Initially that snake was getting the job unclogged, and Brian was able to look at things from a different lens and find a pipe on the exterior of the home in which i didn't know exist. He was able to snake from this pipe and remove the blockage. Great knowledge on his end. I would highly recommend Brian for his work. I would have given this review 5 stars, however i feel the company's pricing is a little on the steep end. If worried about the costs ask what they are upfront.
Responded to Thumbtack quickly. They were a bit pricey, but when your covered up in sh$t that doesn’t matter! They jumped on the project that night and got us cleaned out. Had to call them back again in 4 days, they didn’t hesitate again...and came out and knocked it out for good that time when I was finally able to get the sceptic people there. Great job!
Did excellent work even though the job became bigger than expected. Stayed and completed the whole project even when it got late. We are super happy with the look and function of our new kitchen sink and faucets. Will definitely reuse in the future!

The gentleman that came out did a really awesome job just the price wasn’t right for me so I just had him cap it .the full fix was a little expensive for me but it was understandable was a difficult situation to get to not the fact also as it was a PVC and not metal so it’s kind of a shit show from the gate but the guy was really awesome he took care of me really good dude highly recommend
A 4 rating ONLY because the sink is unclogged. One point deducted for unprofessional attitude when I questioned why my tub began clogging (it hadn’t before) the day after he completed his work. “Are you serious?! I worked long and hard. I had to throw away my towels....if I come back out I will need to be paid,” stated Kaleb. I paid $268 in which I’ve yet to receive a receipt. A simple explanation would have sufficed (as the other plumber I hired explained it to me). Working hard is part of anyone’s job. Plumbing is messy; therefore, invest in cheap towels and use a tarp of some sort. This was my first time to try Thumbtack and it leaves me questioning.

I had them come snake my main drain pipe from my house. The tech took the time to explain where the blockages were and options for repairing or replacing the pipe. He did a quality job and was really easy to work with.
