The PipeOn team did an extraordinary job replacing my old hot water tank with a Navien instant water heater. They took the time to explain the best way to ensure my system would be efficient. And they respected my wishes for a clean and aesthetically pleasing installation. The result exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to my friends.

PipeOn Plumbing did a great job replacing my water heater expansion tank. They came out on a Sunday afternoon, completed the work quickly, and everything has been working perfectly with no leaks. The price was very reasonable, especially for weekend service, and the work comes with a 1-year warranty. Fast, professional, and reliable service. I would definitely recommend PipeOn Plumbing!
PipeOn Plumbing replaced our gas water heater efficiently and professionally—great pricing, clear communication, and excellent work!
timely and helpful!
Great experience. initial quote was the same as final payment - no hidden fees or extra add-ons.
Responsive, accurate charge based on quote, no nonsense or up charges. Arrived approximately 90 min after first requesting quote. Pipe On is professional and easy to work with. I will call them again.
quality work, very professional, great value
We recently had our water heater replaced, and I cannot recommend Enty enough! From the very start, he was incredibly responsive, respectful, and professional. What really stood out was his thoughtfulness and honesty—he even suggested my husband go with him to purchase the unit directly using our credit card to save us some money, and he only bought what was genuinely needed. His workmanship is top-notch; he truly knows what he is doing. He was also extremely careful with our floors while moving the old and new water heaters in and out. Exceptional service and great work all around!
Great service from start to finish. They replaced our water heater and fixed several plumbing issues. The technician arrived promptly, was friendly and knowledgeable, and removed all the old parts. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for myself.
Excellent work
Excellent service and responsiveness
Quality team, amazing work! Highly recommend PipeOn Team - Great value, professionalism, and work ethic. Both Enty and Firuz have done an amazing and super clean job on replacing our old sink - my partner and I are both impressed by the finished touch. If we have any chance in the future will 200% hire them again. I’m so glad I found PipeOn on Thumbtack. Don’t hesitate to go with them!
We hired them to help us replace our Grohe shower valve handle. Ours was stuck on the cartridge due to the accumulation of Calcium Carbonate (scale). Our shower valve is discontinued, so PipeOn helped us to avoid a $1500-$2000 repair to replace the valve and trim. Thanks PipeOn!
Honest and quick communication
I had a great experience using PipeOn to replace gas water heater. Great value and did excellent job. Highly recommend.
Entry was wonderful quick professional and clean. No mess He was great and so prompt. Thanks for your service!
They were on time, very fast and super flexible (my job had two locations!). Thankfully they were able to handle it beautifully and my bidet was uninstalled and reinstalled perfectly!
PipeOn Plumbing was a smart decision and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Anty was knowledgeable, professional, and detailed about the work he performed. Very competitive prices too! I will be referring friends and family to PipeOn Plumbing!
They came and diagnosed a blockage in the shower head and fixed it promptly. Great service and reasonable rates.
The job of replacing the original builder installed under-mount sink was not easy. Two other plumbers did not even know where to start. Ento came in and did great job. Kept everything clean and tidy. While this was not the lowest bid, I consider it a great value given quality and care. Wife is really happy with the end result, and this is all that matters.
