Tyler was great to work with - showed up right on time and was able to diagnose and fix the clog quickly explaining the process and how the tools worked too. Came in for a drain clog repair! Cleaned out the clog and also checked sink & toilet water flow to ensure no other issues. Very thorough and responsive. Highly recommend!
They were here for about 5 minutes and said the hot water tank is 10–20 years old. They didn’t even really check the problem. Instead, they immediately told me I needed to replace it with a brand-new one that would cost $2,700. I told them I wanted a second opinion. I ended up getting it repaired for about $350, and now it works like new. Honestly, I feel like they were just trying to make money. They were not being honest or straightforward. Be careful—they may try to rip you off if you let them.

I had a kitchen and connected bathroom sink fully clogged. Sent a message to Pipers at 8:35 AM on Thumbtack. Received a response and a call at 8:44. Plumber at my house a little after 10. Clog fixed, cleaned up, paid for, and plumber out the door by about 12:45. Got a video of the state of the old pipes. Great service and I would use again.
