However, we have a wide range of products that are all pickled in some way. Products include: flavored pickles, flavored pickled fresh fruit (the pickled pineapples are the most popular and unique of them all), tartar sauce, salad dressings, cakes, cookies and soups. We cater small and large scale events. We host parties and cooking demonstrations. Creating delicious memories is my purpose and providing stellar customer service and a stress-free experience is my passion. As a personal chef, I strive to provide a restaurant experience in your home which means consulting to customize the menu to best fit your dinner party goals and ensuring ingredients are seasonal and fresh. When I arrive at your home, I’m coming with all of the necessary ingredients, equipment, and helpings hands needed to pull off your event. All you have to do is give me the keys to your clean kitchen and provide dinnerware and beverages for your guests. Dishes can be served family-style or plated. I can stay behind the scenes and cook or interact with you and your guests while cooking. We can start with a minimum of 3 courses but can go all the way up to 6! Lauren was so great. She was very easy to communicate with and have a very upbeat personality. We had the best time with her. She made several tapas for my girls night that I hosted and we loved it. She even brought me flowers for my birthday and a B shaped cheese board for our charcuterie. Thank you Lauren for a great experience.
Chef Lauren made my man’s day! I planned an intimate dinner for he and I for his birthday and she delivered. She paid attention to details and actually listened when I told her what I wanted and what I expected. I am a picky eater, but she made me feel comfortable enough to try new items. She was friendly, professional, and entertaining. The food was AMAZING!!!!! The experience was EVERYTHING!!! She absolutely loves what she does and it shows. From the moment I spoke with her on the phone, I knew she would be perfect! Her spirit is so inviting and genuine! Her hands are truly blessed, the food was so good!!! I loved everything about the service provided by Chef Lauren!!! She was punctual, professional, clean, personable and the food was amazing! Me and my guests really enjoyed her and the quality service she provided and not to mention she brung me 2 dozen red roses. If your trying to find a quality chef that can cook then Lauren and her pickles is the way to go!!!
I booked Chef Lauren for my husband's surprise birthday dinner. She did not disappoint. She had extremely reasonable prices. The food was extremely good even with a few tough specifications. My husband and I will definitely be booking her again.
