Planetary Movers were amazing - I will never use another moving company again. So communicative, affordable, professional, FAST, and efficient. We used them to move a dresser we found on FB Marketplace and it was worth every penny.

After a week of planning pricing, confirming date, I never received a contract or a copy of their business insurance. I reached out the evening before the job was to take place and they ghosted me. Terrible business practice & very unprofessional. I should’ve known better when they would only accept a deposit through Zelle because what reputable company in this day and age does not accept credit cards?? Total waste of time - I’m so angry!
Bob was very quick to reply and clear. He was fair with pricing and extremely professional. The movers did an excellent job both packing and moving and were punctual and professional. Will definitely use this company in the future.

What do I love about Planetary? Not only are they great movers, they are great people. Super helpful, kind, personable, respectful. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They made time to help my 80-year-old mom unpack when she moved items to Brooklyn, and everything was seamless. It was incredibly helpful at a high-anxiety time for my mom.
Movers were nice and professional I Was not happy with going from $1000.00 job to a 1800.00 job. When I took the job I spoke to a woman told her what I was moving how many boxes and the amount of furniture she provided me with one truck. I did not take all of my stuff that I said I was going to take I left behind 3 pieces of furniture and 6 chairs it took them a total of seven hours plus to do the move when she had said it should be about three hours it was $100 every half an hour after that. I had garbage on my back deck of my new home that was being thrown out they decided to throw my patio furniture on top of it instead of placing it nicely in my garage. The owner took only 50. 00 off the whole move. I am not happy with my moving company choice.
I’m glad we found Planetary Movers. They were helpful, courteous and efficient, and got the job done speedily. The requirements of the job kept changing, and they were quick to respond to text and telephone inquiries. I can’t recommend Planetary Movers more highly.
We hired Planetary Movers to help us unpack after moving. The team were very efficient at helping unpack everything, putting things away and clearing all the boxes and wrapping. I recommend them if you need help moving or unpacking! Saved us many weekends of work!!

Absolutely dishonest, unprofessional and dishonest! I was first given one price by a guy. The next day when I try to reserve I'm given a totally different price increased by $60 per hr. I still agreed. Then they changed my move date and gave a time of 1pm. The "owner" "Bob" calls the next day and acts as though he is doing me a favor to move the time up to 8am. When I politely refuse he gets an attitude. The day of the move they show up FOUR HOURS LATE WITH A VAN!! I reserved 3 men with a TRUCK! "Bob" acts as he is doing me a favor by taking 10% off. He doesn't care that this huge delay costs me over $350 in fees to the bldg. for starting after business hours and going until 1am, yes 1am! Because of multiple trips. "Bob" then charges an enormous amount and threatens to seize my property if I don't agree to pay. At the end I still thank the workers and give a $200 tip only to discover: 1 my 65in TV is cracked(despite me buying multiple tv/mirror boxes that the crew didn't want to use and assured me the tv would not be damaged), they lost the screws and shelf placers for my work desk and by far the worst they STOLE A BRAND NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY S22 that was gift. Despite it all, I simply asked the phone be returned. No questions asked, no complaints, no police, no ICE. After what felt like petty bickering with "Bob" , I realize I have insurance so I ask he simply reimburse my policy deductible and I'll replace the phone. His response? He goes back to his original stance, to just literally make up lies. Suddenly I was handed nails, there was no phone and he has proof. It was so ridiculous it was clear at that moment I was dealing with complete frauds.
Solid service, and fair pricing. Bob and his team safety transported an antique mirror for us. Will definitely be using them for future moves! Thanks again!
My Moving Experience Was Great ! They were so fast and efficient. Good amazing attitude. Fast speed and friendly people. They money is deft worth it is my first time using a professional moving company and im extremely trill with my Move Thank You ❤️
