We knew we had a termite problem, and requested visits by 4 different companies. One company diagnosed it incorrectly while 3 did it right. Out of the 3, the most thorough, most willing to explain and show truly they wanted to help us solve our issue to earn our business for the long run was Corrie from Platinum Pest Control. Yes they are a smaller company though Corrie is there to answer any questions, shows tremendous professionalism, and courtesy to my wife and our property. What we a tough situation was made into a calm one, I would highly recommend Corrie and Platinum Pest Control.
Corrie was a great guy to work with. Very quick to get things going and taken care of. We needed an inspection, chemical termite treatment, rodent exclusion, and wood repair and he provided a plan for all of these with a fair estimate and photos of the proposed treatment. Highly recommend!

We had a major rodent problem (which also led to snakes) in our backyard and garage and Platinum came and filled up all the holes around property, including adding mesh fencing around our exposed back fence. Good, quick work!
