PLC was excellent. It has been the best experience I’ve had with any contractor. They were good at communicating and their work was phenomenal. Totally recommend them!

Our agreement was to mow the lawn, cut back trees and weeds. They initially refused to complete all of the work that was originally discussed stating that they did not know how much work actually needed to be done. This was after they had already been to the property and given a higher quote because of the overgrowth that they observed. At this point we both agreed on the price and work that needed to be done. They sent pictures that hid work that was not fully complete. ie. trees not cut back as discussed. Would not recommend for the reasons above.

Overall, I would hire this company again. I did have some concerns and communicated them to the professional, who was receptive of that feedback. They offered to correct the issue, but I had already resolved on my own so it wasn't necessary for them to come back. Regardless, I appreciated them standing behind their work!

Company was responsive and prompt. Small van arrived with no markings/company ID visible. Two young men with basic equipment (push mower and rider) took fairly long for a relatively small job. If you hire, you may want to discuss project parameters in advance to make sure they can accommodate.

Ghosted me the day they said they would show. We discussed things over several days the week before, but on the day of service - nothing. I could understand if they asked to reschedule or wanted to change the price (I know my yard was pretty bad) but they never reached out - even 3+ days later. I needed help with my yard as I have been having complications from surgery. *edit - They responded after posting the review saying I had never given my address and I was lying. The above statement is factual. As for the address, at the top of the message it is stated that my job and contact information was shared.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by this company. Specifically, they provided lawn mowing & trimming for an extremely overgrown front and back yard of a disabled friend. I highly recommend this company.

Our grass was so long, we didn’t even know where to start. I was desperate to find someone to help and was glad to find PLC Services. Not only did I receive a quick response, but I also got amazing work quality for an even better price. I will definitely be using PLC Services for all my lawn care services.

My experience was odd, I guess is how to frame it. I messed up and gave one number off my phone number and messaged through the app to correct it. I never got a response but they did show up at a punctual time. But about 20 minutes into the mow the mower broke. They said they had to get a part and left for 2 hours, I then messaged through the app again as I didn't have their phone number. A woman called me and stated they almost had the part on and they would be back soon. Previous to the mower breaking they were mowing in proper form outlining the property. When they came back, I guess they were frustrated and took it out on my lawn by basically doing donuts on the riding lawnmower in the back. Can not recommend.
