Samuel was a great technician who also educated me on how keep up with things and cleaned up well after himself as well. He even recalibrated my microwave settings! Amazing and professional, will work with him again!
Very responsive and sent tech out quickly. Unfortunately parts were delayed arriving and were defective so had to be reordered causing job to take longer than expected. Their schedule could have been more flexible, but overall very pleased with work and recommend Plug Fix
