I give 5 stars because he was patient it took some time to get approval for the project and then once it was approved, he was here right away and did a good job at a great price.

After a regrettable experience with another plumbing company, I reached out ti Plumber Kings and within 3 hours the job was done for 1/3 of what company A was attempting to fleece me for. Went above and beyond and earned a long term client.
Lucas was friendly and knowledgeable. He came earlier than we had thought he would be able and communicated well to keep us updated. He worked quickly and was a pleasure to deal with.
Lucas was very nice and got the job done. I know it's his job to suggestive sell and he did but then so did his supervisor. the price of the work performed kept changing. The supervisor quoted another job for me and that price kept changing (going down). So obviously the extra job started at $2200 went down to $1200. So that showed me how much money they were trying to charge me if they could. Makes me think that Plumbers are about as trustworthy as Lawyers!
I haven't even begun to get work started with them but just the convers alone has put my mind at ease with a lot of stuff I can't thank you guys enough
They damaged my home and instead of taking responsibility, the owner blamed me, a woman in her 40s with a desk job, he blamed me for "hovering" and "telling the plumbers how to do their job" after they repeatedly made very big mistakes and because they were nice I kept giving them second chances, but in the end, the owner didn't take any responsibility, it's clear that their plumbing skills should not be allowed to be licensed, and overall the way the contract was handled, and the way the damage was not resolved... it is so bad it is criminal (damage to property ) and it's been reported to the police and is being escalated. --1st Plumber didn't turn off the house water before he worked on valve so water sprayed everywhere. This is just incompetent. No damage was done in that case. --same plumber installed an outside hose connection such that you scrape your knuckle when you try to turn on the hose because installed it too close to the house. It's also against the code because there was no support to the wall. --they brought in another Plumber to help and the two proceeded to attempt a blind install of a tub (this should never be attempted!!) , used concrete to set the tub, which is not correct... and then filled it with water, and left my house before making sure it didn't leak. It proceeded to leak. -/the company did not offer restoration relief, however, I required required restoration damage support, and they provided it from apparently friends who were doing them "a favor" and I'm not sure that company was licensed. The kind but apparently not well versed in water restoration b strategies came into my house without my permission when I was not home where my daughter was and would not call me when I requested a call multiple times, , pointed the fans the wrong direction such that the drying took a long time... the fans were not successful so they brought in more than the next day, and pointed them in the wrong direction again. This time I adjusted the fan direction and apparently they charged Plumber came for it? For touching their fan. -- later, I asked them to bring in a dehumidifier because the area was still not dry obviously, unfortunately, they drained the dehumidifier water into a 5 gallon bucket instead of a drain, which was another sign of incompetence --I ended up buying my own dehumidifier to finish drawing the bathroom mysterious --I cannot say enough terrible things about this company. Mostly it is the fault of the owner. Additionally they do not let you see the contracts before they accept payment and signature. Totally wrong
Plumber kings came out and replaced the shut off valve on our toilet without any issue!

I hired Plumber king to install a new toliet at my mom’s house. The plumber what he charged to install the toilet I felt he overcharged for the install. He could not explain what I was being charged for as far the break down of his services, how much to install the toilet and his service fee. I spoke to Yaya the office manager had the owner contact me. He was very helpful and honest. He looked at my bill and broke down the cost and corrected my bill. The owner is a honest and professional person. I will use his company again if my mom has any more plumbing issues at her home. Lolita

I think over $400 for 45 minutes of work is a little pricey.
They've done work on two of our properties and they are always fair, arrive on time and get the job done.
Chris is the owner of the company. He came out twice himself and troubleshot my many plumbing issues. He worked with me for over two hours on a stubborn leak. The leak required a special order part, which he helped me research. Because of Chris' conscientiousness, I understood what was wrong (he educated me) and got the needed part. What a value! I can't recommend Chris and the plumber kings enough. Thanks. 5-stars!
