We just moved to a new home in NJ from out of state and two weeks in, our shower started leaking. Called Russo Brothers urgently and they said it’s a water proofing issues as the pipes are still holding waters ok: then started the nightmare journey. All the contractors mentioned it’s best to redo the shower area and the instead of repair and cost was like building a whole bathrooms the hose is 100 years old and the cost of fixing things almost every week was beyond what we were prepared for. I just downloaded Thumbteck and thought let’s check for another plumber/company and see if they can repair it and found Ermal. Ermal was very prompt to respond and came exactly when he said he will. He spend a lot of time to diagnose the problem and turned out it’s the faucet that was licking and just replaced that for us. He went out twice to look for the materials he needed and spend the whole morning fixing the shower problem and some other areas at home. We instantly hire him to fix some outdoor issues and he came back a day after. I love how polite, gentle, and professional he is, and even though I fully don’t know how well all the fix will work out (at this point I have less faith in the house than on Ermal) but he is going to be my first call for all the pluming issue from now on. He is a godsend! HIRE him.

I hired this plumber via Thumbtack, and during his visit, I observed him tampering with a pipe in a way that could cause deliberate damage. I ended the appointment immediately. I do not recommend him, and I hope this prevents anyone else from being put at risk.
Ermal was fantastic! He responded right away, arrived earlier than expected, and got straight to work. The drain clog was extremely stubborn, but he spent hours working through it and never gave up until the job was done. He also replaced the bottom strainer because it was leaking and with everything gave a reasonable price. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to share helpful tips to prevent future issues. He cleaned after himself continuously which is a rarity. I'm very grateful I found Ermal and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable plumber.

Be aware of bad service and getting ripped off with him. My tenant toilet wasn't flushing properly so I sent him to look. It turns out the flapper was broken. He charged 190 to replace. A day later the same issue happen with the toilet he went out again and this time asking for 180 to replace the handle....outrageous prices he only half fixed the problem so he can be come back to charge more..stay very far away
We had a great experience with BlueALB! While it wasn't an emergency, I still received prompt service from first communication to completion of the project. We needed to add new piping into a really tight spot, and they were able to figure out a really creative solution to get the work done same day. We also had our external faucet replaced, and everything is working perfectly. Looking forward to having more work completed by this team!

Ermal was on time. Good communication beforehand and eased my mind on a complicated drain issue that was hard to get to the pipe. Handled the situation with thoughtful care and patience. Fixed the issue perfectly and solved ly major headache of a broken drain pipe in the wall. Im most impressed with how neat and clean he left the work area.
