Came within 3 hours of me calling, professional and good price!
Alan gave me a call right after I posted on thumbtack about replacing my broken water heater. He explained he could be over in 50 minutes, and he was here in 50 minutes, did an assessment, then he went to get the replacement materials and was back quickly. He gave me a price of of $2300 for the water heater replacement/old water heater removal and a side item of replacing my outside hose faucet head. All the work was done the same day within a few hours. very professional and really got me out of a jam.
Allan responded for my request and set up same day appointment! He gave me a quote and fixed leaking shower. At my request he installed new shower trim. ( tub spout and drain) I’m very happy with the work and wonder why I didn’t do it sooner !

Our water heater failed and we had guest coming in 5 hours. Allan was there picked up a new water heater, installed it and removed the old one. Unfortunately the next the controller of the new water heater from HD failed. Alan got there diagnosed the problem got the replacement part. Great service

Allan and Antonio were all the qualities worth highlighting , how we, Thumbtacj only allows me to select 3! The other two , which they were , are “professional” and “punctual”. Great experience. Entire job was done within 24 hours of my initial call. I couldn’t be happier. They installed a toilet , sink ,clawfoot tub (+ drain, tub faucet and shower head). They cleaned up well and were super quick. Very transparent with costs as well!
For background: we had a small drip Coming from the bathroom ceiling on the middle floor, so we needed to figure out where the leak was coming from and fix it. The good: I reached out to this company in the morning and by mid-day they were at my house checking things out and getting to work. The plumber was kind and easy to Communicate with. After some digging around, he was able to find and repair the leak. End price was high but reasonable considering the urgency. The bad: the plumber began working in the space with all of our things still in the bathroom. Since he cut a hole In the ceiling this meant that gross insulation debris and who knows what, got all over the things in the bathroom. Worse, the debris was not cleaned up prior to the plumber gluing part of the shower back together. The glue job was very sloppy, had debris in it and the glue color was not a match with the shower. He got glue on the faucet and door handles, and on our hardwood floor. I’m attaching some pictures below. We have now needed to spend considerable time and money to clean up the mess. We should have taken a closer look at everything before paying him -so that is our bad. In other words, you can depend on the company to be there and do the plumbing -but avoid having them repair and clean up the mess u til they have made a considerable portfolio showing they have this expertise.

Had a 40 gallon hot water heater installed. Waited 5 days to review. Ensuring no issues. The installation of new and removal of the old unit were both done well.

Do not hire these people. This was the welding job that was completed in the dark of the night while we were not home and then asked for $580. Burned the siding, terrible welding and the problem is not fixed and was actually made worse.
Allan was phenomenal. Solved the worst drainage I’ve seen in less than 15 minutes with precision and professionalism. Truly gifted and highly recommend!
