Reviews
We had a great experience with Will. He was very thorough in detecting the source of our leakage and took the time to carefully inspect everything. He explained the issue clearly, was very knowledgeable and was patient in answering all our questions. We really appreciated his professionalism, work quality, and the effort he put into helping us understand the problem. Highly recommend his services!
Will did excellent work today. The clog was tougher than expected, but he didn’t cut corners. He ran a camera through the line, brought me over, and showed me exactly what was happening inside the pipe. Turns out there’s a slope flaw in the drain line from the original construction — and seeing it firsthand on camera gave me full confidence in what he was explaining. He completed the service he came for and then took time to walk me through long-term options so I’m not dealing with this again. Honest. Straightforward. No gimmicks. Just real work and real explanations. Highly recommend.
This was an easy 5/5 Stars for Will (Plumbers That Care). He responded to my Thumbtack message immediately and was available the same day. He explained things thoroughly and took care of our issues within our budget. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate! I’ll be returning to Will for any future plumbing needs.
Will was amazing, I had just come home from surgery. Will was patient with us while we got our things collected and out of the way. Definitely going to call them back!

Ruben was professional and personable. He was focus on finding a solution to my plumbing problem. He give me three (3) options. I thought he really cared about helping me find the right solution. I am still thinking about what I will do, but I will certainly hire him to do the job.
Many Thanks for referring us with ProRest Mitigation to work with our property insurance for repairs!!!
We really appreciate the work Will did for us. He was responsive and profesional. He was able to help us get water back to our washing machine after we kinda made a renovation mistake. He was quick to schedule, affordable and the quality is there. Thanks so much! We will be calling for all plumbing needs.
Will was very personable and friendly. He arrived early, assessed the problem quickly and got the job done in less than an hour. He cleaned up the work area before leaving and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him while he worked I highly recommend him!
