Lonne was very professional and did a great job with helping fix a major drain clog in the kitchen. He had to go through the extra work with installing a new P-trap which was previously hard-glued by the original home owners. It was a bit pricey but worth the peace of mind knowing it was done thoroughly and well. Thank you!

Mr. Lonne Browner came to fix our drain problem. He was very professional and punctual. He educated me on the quality of the water and provided an educated solution to my drain problem. He gave me the 3 best solutions and waited patiently as I chose my option. His quality of work was professional, and he explained to me what he was doing to fix the drain. Overall. Plumbifi was very responsive and deserves the rating of excellent.
Able to figure out problem quickly. Even let me see how the fix was done.
Service was done. However he charged us $750 for a job that is done at market rate for $250-$350. He presented himself as a company when he is a sole plumber. Was dishonest with us.
They were on time and did the work correctly and quickly
My experience with Plumbifi exceeded my expectations. Lonne assessed the issue, explained the options (including costs, risks, and next steps.) It was obvious that in addition to being a Licensed Master Plumber, he has a strong business background. He knows how to speak to clients in "easy to understand terms". He solved the primary problem as well as another issue, within my budget. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Plumbifi if you are looking for competence, value, punctuality, expertise, problem solving, and a forward-thinking business and technical organization. I especially appreciated the short arrival window. Overall, EXCELLENT experience!
Had a very good experience would recommend the services to anyone who needs plumbing service
the plumber we hired was thorough and professional. He was able to fix a long-standing obstruction in our main drain pipe that had clogged multiple times.
