I hired Plumbing Geek to inspect a job that another plumber had done. Brian came out and assured me that it was a good job and that it would pass inspection. Everyone that I spoke to at this company was pleasant, and I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs I have in the future.
Initial assessment was prompt and professional, but the scheduled service was not completed. Technicians arrived without parts, left to retrieve them, and did not return for the remainder of the day after taking an emergency call. Communication was delayed, and the appointment was effectively abandoned. I declined to rebook due to reliability and scheduling concerns.
