They were responsive and professional. They installed both our toilets efficiently and picked up after themselves. We would hire them again.
Jose was very efficient and was able to resolve my plumbing issue in a very short time. Would recommend his service.
Provided peace of mind and professional service. I thought I heard a water leak from 2nd floor they opened the panels to see behind the walls and determined it wasn’t a leak…it was thermal expansion.
Great working with plumbing Plus!! Fast efficient and wonderful quality.
Love the work Jose's team has done certainly (highly recommended 😊👏)
Jose replaced my old round sink with a much larger rectangular one. He was communicative and prompt with his bid and his work. Protected my house from the dust and cleaned up the job and the mess beautifully. I am very pleased and will call him again when needed.
I couldn’t be happier than I am with Jose. He is quick to get somebody to help me if he isn’t helping me himself. Just can’t say enough good about him.
I have a shower that features both a fixed shower head and a handheld shower head. Recently, I noticed that the shower was dripping continuously, regardless of which head I used. I suspected the issue might be a leaking cartridge and called a plumber to inspect it. The plumber arrived at my house around 5 PM. He removed the covers to access the cartridge but did not make any repairs. After reassembling everything, he claimed the dripping was just residual water from the pipes. However, after he left, the dripping continued nonstop whenever I turned the shower off completely using the lever. The plumber then informed me that I needed to pay $65 for the service. I was under the impression that the estimate was free, as stated on his company’s website. When I requested a receipt, he told me his boss would send it to me. As of now, I have not received any documentation or receipt for the payment.
Jose repaired our sink faucet’s inability to disperse hot water. His professionalism, knowledge, and effort were outstanding. I highly recommend Jose and Plumbing Plus for your plumbing needs!
Thankful for Oscar, from Plumbing Plus, who came to fix two plumbing issues in my home. I thought the pricing was a bit high but grateful for the same day service.
Jose and his crew where able to install two automatic shut off valves (gas and Water) so as to be compliant with insurance. They did an excellent job on short notice. He even installed a GFI outlet outside to plug in the valve and now I have an extra input if ever I need to relocate my drip system controls closer to the anti siphon valves rather then just drill a hole in the wall. Lastly, he replaced a hose bib at no charge. For the gas valve, they even sprayed painted the rusted parts to protect it. There work is really work of art.
Immediately responded to the request for service and punctually showed up on time. Rare thing in Santa Barbara County
Did us a solid fixed issue same day , arrived on time, and fixed the problem. Highly recommended.
We were incredibly happy with the service and timeliness from Plumbing Plus. I needed a plumber quickly and they came the next day and completed the job quickly for a reasonable price. We were so impressed that we are getting a bid from them for more work that we need completed in the future!
Great experience! Professional plumber who did not attempt to gouge me. Will use again.
Jose was great to work with - very professional. I would certainly use him again for other plumbing jobs.
Great plumbers, very thorough. So glad I found them! Moved water line, installed toilet.
You will not go wrong hiring him. He responded quickly and was at my house the following day, which was awesome. Super friendly and advised on how to avoid my issue. Thank you, Jose!
Would recommend this company. He was on time, got job done, and the price was reasonable.
