Plumbing Tree took care of a cracked copper line that fed my exterior hose bib. It was leaking all over my basement. They were responsive and quick and I felt the pricing was fair/reasonable.
The only good thing about my experience was the techs were nice. Communication was a challenge—they told me to text them off of the thumbtack app if I wanted a quicker response, but then kept using the app to communicate. Because of this, they missed the first window I thought I had booked them for. I asked for an inspection of our swamp cooler in addition to summerizing it… after the techs left, the unit did not blow cool air. I went outside to see if I could figure it out—there were at least two major leaks in the line from the spigot to the unit. I’m amazed their guys didn’t say anything. Im using a different company for the repair—I won’t work with this one again.

Wow! I had a leak issue at the house's main valve. Kieth called in minutes of my request. When I described what was happening he had me send him a short video. By doing what he told me, I was able to solve the problem myself! I would recommend Plumbing Tree to everyone. Honesty and true helpfulness is hard to find - but it is definitely found here. They were friendly, showed up when they said they would, did a great job, left the area clean. Would definitely call them again if I need plumbing service.
They came, worked on my faucet. Saw that it was corroded due to hard water. Gave me an estimate and got me a new faucet. The price was high to me ($600.) to replace a faucet, but I have nothing to compare that to. Everything was done quickly and very professional.
